What Do You Get? The Conference registration fee includes all presentations as well as snack breaks, vendor area and lunch. Again this year we are hosting a networking event which is free of charge to participants. This is all in addition to the priceless networking and knowledge you'll gain!!
Each person attending the conference must complete a separate form. The full registration fee must accompany this form. There will be a $35 charge on all returned checks plus bank fees or invalid credit card numbers.

Conference Page.Cancellation Policy Request for cancellation MUST be made in writing and received in the FLREMSC office by February 15, 2025. A non-refundable administration fee of 25% will be retained. NO transfers of conference registrations and NO refunds for cancellations or "no shows" will be made after this date. The only exception will be for major medical problem affecting the registrant and confirmed in writing by a licensed Healthcare Professional in which case the FLREMSC office MUST be notified in writing within one week following the conference. NO Requests will be honored after one week. If refund is approved by the Executive committee, a refund minus the 25% Administrative cost will be issued to the registrant only.
